Heat Transfer Setting Guidelines - Single Tiles
Press at 400 Degrees F with Medium to Heavy Pressure - except 12" Non-Tempered
These guidelines are based on pressing the tiles from the back - Transfer face up, coated side of tile face down, press into Nomex Felt Pad or Rubber Pad
When transferring large murals (anything larger than 2’X3’) we recommend you add 1-2 minutes to your transfer times.
Imaging Glass Tiles with SingleStep White Backing
Our SingleStep white backing is sub-through, eliminating the need for coating the back of the tile after sublimation.
1. Apply transfer to back of glass (smooth, white side). Do NOT reverse the image when printing 2. Place tile in press face up, smooth side down into rubber pad or Nomex felt. Increase the transfer times if you are pressing multiple tiles. Keep in mind that this information will vary from press to press, and may also be influenced by climate, altitude and other factors. Guidelines are for reference only.
Tempered Glass Cutting Board Imaging Instructions

Recommended transfer times for single boards: Small Round or Rectangle - 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes Large Round or Rectangle - 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes (You will want to increase the transfer times if you are pressing multiple boards) Application of Rubber Feet Attach rubber feet after your imaged cutting board has thoroughly cooled. DO NOT wash, by hand or dishwasher, for a minimum of 72 hours after application, to allow the adhesive to cure. |
